.: Weight Loss Tip: How To Lose Beer Belly Fat Fast

Do you want to know how to lose beer belly fat fast?

There are a lot of calories in beer and alcoholic drinks in general and you don't have to drink very much of it to start putting on weight. Your body converts the excess calories in the alcohol you drink into fat and stores it in convenient places around your body. One of the easiest places to store fat in your body is around your stomach and that's where a lot of the fat goes when you drink large volumes of beer. So how do you get rid of stomach fat fast?
Beer Belly Fat isn't very attractive
If you've managed to increase the size of your stomach by drinking too much alcohol then you might notice that you've become less attractive. Rolls of fat around your middle are often described as 'love handles' but that's only to be kind I'm afraid.
Have you been invited to a wedding or a party? Perhaps you have a job interview coming up. You might want to lose that belly fat fast for a number of reasons. I have a few tips for you below but first take a look at an article about a food that can actually help you to burn more fat without reducing the calories that you eat: Foods that help you to lose weight
Losing weight quickly and safely
The first thing you must do is stop drinking so much calorie-laden alcohol. This will reduce your calorie intake but you must be careful not to reduce your calories too much. Anyone can lose weight quickly by starving themselves but this can seriously damage your health because your body starts to burn lean muscle as well as your stores of fat.
Conventional wisdom tells us that slow weight loss of around 1 to 2 pounds a week is a healthy target when achieved through good nutrition and exercise. Slow weight loss programs like this are more likely to burn off fat not muscle and give you a good chance of keeping the weight off permanently but it's no good if you have a wedding to go to in 2 weeks time.
Lose weight quickly without starving yourself
Calories are important in any weight loss plan but it isn't the only thing that matters. It is true that if you burn more calories than you consume then your body starts to convert stored fat into energy to make up for the shortfall. However you should not reduce your calorie intake too much or you'll start to lose muscle as well as fat.
Exercise is important because the more you do the more calories you'll burn. Exercise alone isn't going to make you fit into your wedding outfit quickly however. So how can you burn off more calories and lose your beer belly fat quickly without reducing your calories to dangerous levels? The trick is to reduce your calorie intake a little, exercise regularly and persuade your body to burn as many calories as possible.
Trick your body into burning calories
There are one or two techniques that you can use to trick your body into burning more calories and enable you to lose weight faster. The first technique that I want to tell you about is to replace some of the fat in your diet with lean protein. Studies have shown that people that do this are able to burn fat easier even when they maintain their calorie intake. Eating many small meals rather than fewer large meals can also help your body to burn the calories that you eat and so make it easier for you to lose your stomach fat.
A relatively new technique puts you on a diet where you actually change the types of calories that you eat on a daily basis. If you eat the same kinds of foods all the time then your body is able to adjust your metabolic rate to keep your weight constant. This means that if you reduce the amount of calories that eat in an attempt to lose weight then your body just compensates by not burning so many.
If you change the type of calories that you eat daily then you can actually trick your body into keeping your metabolic rate up and burn calories fast. If you reduce the number of calories you eat at the same time then you'll lose weight. I think that this could be the best way how to lose beer belly fat fast.

.: How to Lose Your Beer Belly

Developing a bit of a beer belly is something most men will find happening to them at some point in their lives but it can also happen to women. A well-known and common cause of this is consuming too much, large volume alcoholic drinks such as beer. But don't be disheartened, losing your beer belly is really pretty simple.
Beer bellies are often caused by frequently drinking excessive amounts of alcohol. The reason for this is that alcohol and beer in particular has quite a high calorific content. These calories are in the form of carbohydrates and are very easily converted by the body into fat. This fat can be put on anywhere in the body but for men it seems to accumulate in the front of the upper body.
Should this fat build up be a concern? It's not just that having a beer belly can make you look unfit, unhealthy and a poor physical specimen, there are several serious health issues linked to having a beer belly.
The fat found in the stomach area is of two types; visceral fat and subcutaneous fat. The subcutaneous fat lies just below the skin and is unsightly and still has health ramifications but it is the deeper visceral fat that should be of real concern. As blood flows through areas containing visceral fat and onto the liver it contains higher levels of fat due to raised insulin levels in those areas. The liver is then less able to function correctly and it too becomes fatty. This ultimately leaves you at higher risk of developing diabetes and cardio vascular disease.
If you are the sort of person that drinks a lot of beer then it's likely you're doing so while away from home and in a social situation. It's at these time you're more likely to fall foul of fast food. When you consider that alcohol has a tendency to make you feel hungrier than you otherwise would be then you have a weight gain situation brewing.
The obvious solution to the problem of a beer belly is to stop drinking alcohol and get out there and exercise. But for many this isn't completely practical and it's better for them to reduce the amount they drink and start eating more sensibly, perhaps by following a weight loss program.
Many people still think that you can get rid of a beer belly just by doing a lot of sit-ups. This just won't work. Sure you'll get great muscles but no-one will see them because they'll still be under a layer of fat. The only way to get rid of your beer belly, so that people can see your muscles, is to exercise and follow a more balanced diet, one that's right for you.
Start exercising by doing at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise, building up the intensity and making the session longer as you get stronger. If you do this 4 or 5 times a week then after a couple of months, as long as you've been watching your calories and eating the right foods, you'll notice an amazing difference. Your metabolism will have been given a great boost and your body will have been busy using up and clearing all that unsightly fat from your belly.

.: How To Lose The Beer Belly - Achieve Weight Loss For The Summer

If you are serious about ridding yourself of the beer belly before the summer then you need to take a little responsibility and make some changes. You cannot continue with the lifestyle that put it there and expect it to be gone in time for your summer holidays!
To help you get that beach body and make heads turn (for the right reasons), here are some subtle changes to your lifestyle that can help to shrink the belly and achieve weight loss for the summer:
Firstly, avoid alcohol Monday to Friday. Alcohol is known to have a lot of well hidden calories, and the body has no real use for them. These calories will need to be burned as energy, so the body will avoid using the stored energy (fat) already in the body. Because of the high sugar content in alcohol, this will increase blood sugar fluctuations, leading to hunger cravings - and we all know too well that drinking leads to nibbling more, which leads to more calories, which leads to making another hole in the wrong end of the belt!
Secondly, increase your activity! If you can reduce your alcohol and calorific intake, and combine it with an increase in activity, you will find the results in Beer Belly reduction will arrive much quicker. If you eat around 100 calories a day more than you expend in energy then in 5 years you will put on around 5 stone. So try and reduce the amount of calories you eat and increase the amount of calories you burn. An average guy has a Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) of around 2500cals (This is the amount the body will burn to remain alive). So if you eat 2500 calories a day, you should maintain weight. If you eat less than 2500 a day, you should lose weight. If you then combine that with activity you will obtain quicker results and feel better.
Set yourself realistic goals. By setting some realistic goals you will give yourself something to aim for and have an end goal. Enter some walk, some short runs or go for a cycle ride. As you become fitter and slimmer, then you can then adapt these goals. Don't always think you need to be going to the gym to do activity - by putting the above 2 suggestions into your life and combining it with walking more in your daily tasks, taking more stairs (not escalators or lifts) or doing some light exercises at home in the evening, this will increase the calorie burn for each day.
Change your eating habits. Try and eat smaller portions, and eat more medium-low GI foods. Avoid sugary, fat based foods and avoid snacking between meals just for the sake of it.
Lastly, and most importantly - Believe and take Responsibility. You need to believe in what you are doing but also take responsibility for it. You must stop finding reasons why you cannot exercise, because ultimately they are not reasons, they are excuses! If you really want that belly to be gone then 'Man Up' and do something about it. If you need a kick start, sign yourself up to a military-style fitness camp or weight loss boot camps. Nobody is going to come and do this for you, you need to do it for yourself. Its not just the about the way you feel and look it is also the long term health benefits from it.

.: 8 Ways to Lose Your 'Beer Belly' And Get Amazing Abs

The following 8 'tips' are proven methods to lose that unwanted belly fat and set you on the road to a set of amazing abs:-
1. Cut out or reduce alcohol consumption. There's a reason it's called a 'beer belly'. An occasional drink is acceptable, but those drinking numerous times per week will never have amazing abs. Limit the amount of alcohol you consume and select carefully the types of alcohol you are drinking.
2. Work both the front and back. The muscles in your lower back keeps you upright from the back, whilst your abdominals do the same job from the front. Both muscles are worked extremely hard during heavy exercises such as deadlifts and squats. Ensuring good form is maintained at all times, add these exercises as part of your ab workout and see the results.
3. Only eat carbohydrates prior to training. Carbs are important, but unless you are looking to gain weight you should only eat them prior to a workout or training session.
4. Try and reduce Stress. Stress has been proven to increase the development of abdominal fat. The onset of stress causes cortisol to be released into your body. High levels of cortisol can stimulate storage of fat in the belly amongst other things.
5. Avoid eating late at night. Eating close to bedtime can cause fat to be stored as, in simple terms, you body is shutting down and limiting the amount of energy needed. Aim to stop eating around three hours before you hit the sack. If you can't last, try something like fruit - don't binge on junk food!
6. Keep motivated and enjoy your training. Viewing your stomach in a mirror gives you inaccurate feedback. What you see is influenced by numerous factors such as what's you've eaten, the lighting in the room, water retention and your own sub-conscious perception. If you want feedback, use specific measurable methods such as:-
• Measure your waist. Take measurements every month and compare.
• Take photos. Photograph your body every couple of weeks from the same angles and compare
these rather than the stored imagine you have in your mind!
• Review your training stats. Record your sessions and see whether the reps / weight and /or sets are increasing.

7. Increase your Protein intake. Protein has a greater thermic effect than other foods, thus your body burns more energy digesting proteins than it does digesting fat and carbohyrdates. This means a high protein diet is great for the body, and in particular losing that unwanted belly fat!.
8. Don't work abs everyday! You wouldn't work biceps everyday so don't work abs everyday. They work in the same way as other muscles so don't overload them with daily workouts.
