Losing weight is a hard battle. On most programs you lose the weight and once you get back to your life, all your hard work is wasted and you gain all that weight back.
Typically there are 3 things people do when they want to lose weight:
1) Eat less
2) Eat more balanced foods
3) Working out while on a diet
NONE of those will work! Why?
1) Eat Less
By eating less you are slowing down your metabolism so your body can't burn the food that you eat. You are also telling your body that there will be periods of time where it won't get food, so when you do eat, your body stores the food as fat.
2) Eat more balanced foods
Good in theory, but in practice, while you are eating better, you are not putting yourself into a deficit, hence you won't lose weight.
3) Working out while on a diet
So first, you restrict your caloric intake, then you force your body to burn calories that it already doesn't have by working out. In order for you to build muscle you need to be eating protein and fat, without those food groups, any time and energy spent in the gym is wasted.
The New Way to Lose Weight
1) Eat more meals
2) Eat more protein
3) Begin working out in the third week
Your entire body is made of protein, your hair, your organs, your skin. The average person doesn't eat enough protein to sustain their body let alone enough to gain muscle.
Each person needs half their body weight in grams of protein in order to be healthy. So if I'm 140 pounds, I need 70 grams (140/2 = 70) of protein EVERY DAY! That's a lot of protein, that our foods just don't have.
Imagine having to eat that amount of protein chicken
1 chicken breast, with no seasoning or sauces has 404 calories and only 30 grams of protein, you would have to have 3 chicken breasts every day to get your protein count and you would be at your daily required intake (over 1200 calories) and that's not counting the rest of the food that you will eat alongside the chicken.
Lets say you're a vegetarian and you eat beans/legumes as your source of protein
1 cup of legumes has 238 calories but only 13 grams of protein, you would have to eat over 5 cups of beans EVERY DAY! And once again with just the beans alone you would be over your caloric intake (over 1200 calories). And once again that's not counting the rest of the food that you will eat alongside the legumes.
This was a big problem.
So 25 years ago, Dr. Tran developed a weight loss protocol in France, that would give you the amount of protein you need without the calories, while keeping you full and energetic.
Why haven't you heard about it? Because they do not advertise to consumers. This weight loss program is only available through health practitioners. They want to make sure that you are losing weight in a healthy and permanent manner.
Ideal Protein gives you prepackaged foods, that DO NOT contain MSG or GMO. The foods come either already pre-made (like a bar or chips) or in powder form, where you add water and heat and you get food!
There are 3 phases to the diet, you stay on Phase 1 until you reach your weight loss goal (2 Ideal Protein meals, 1 Ideal Protein Snack and 1 normal meal, plus 4 cup veggies), then Phase 2 you take away 1 Ideal Protein Meal and replace with a normal meal and then Phase 3 where you go back to eating normal foods.
This is the ONLY diet program out there that has developed a way for you to go back to your normal life and keep the weight off.
It was originally created to help French Olympic athletes get rid of fat and gain muscle, then it was given to extremely obese people and now it is available to you.
