Vinegar and weight loss cons
• Apple cider vinegar tablets are an alternative but evidence suggests there may not be much value in them. They aren't regulated well and the vinegar content is difference across brands.
• There is also a chance apple cider vinegar can do more damage than good. As it's so acidic it can cause throat and stomach irritation, it's also really harsh on your tooth enamel so make sure you brush your teeth after consuming it. Vinegar can also affect certain drugs or supplements you may be taking so it's always important to consult with your doctor.
Research studies have proven the relationship of vinegar and weight loss. You will get a significantly better result if you combine this diet with a healthy eating and exercise plan.
