Bones are very essential parts in our bodies. For mobility purposes, every bone must be sound. They are also important in our hands which are vital in working and eating, bones are supposed to be healthy.Where these bones unite to provide movements is where you get joints. Below we will focus our attention on why my joints hurt .

Injury is the foremost and common to all. Our anatomy is of great importance in mobility. But as we walk, jog and get involved in other activities, way may experience accidents. This is due to the fact that, it takes long for their bodies to renew worn out tissues. Rheumatoid arthritis, this one affects people with problems in their immune system. Osteoarthritis, it attacks tissues that caution the joints from corrosion. Osteoporosis, majority who suffer this disease occurs greatly in women who attained menopause. Attributed to fall in the required minerals that aid in strengthening and bone formation.

During gestation period, women raise concerns on pain in their pivotal points. At this moment of time, pregnant women undergo hormonal changes especially in the pelvic bone. Their bodies increases in mass and exudes pressure on their anatomy. Point to note is, this pain is natural and helps in child birth, so no need for alarm.

Size of the body might as well cause chronic pain in the regions where the bones meet. Explanations of these include. Human beings, who are very tall or with a large body weight, apply a lot of pressure to their bones. One of the principal roles of bones is to support our weight. Obese people may overwhelm this function and cause pain.

Problems of the bones affect people in all spheres of life. This has brought about the revolution in the health sector as scientists trying to come up with solutions. Common recommendations include, exercise mainly targeting obese and the old, wearing protective gear, on the head, knees and along the waist for sportsmen, proper nutrition and dietary check for pregnant women.
