For easy hair care people should be eating the right food to get a good supply of the correct nutrients. It has long been known that whole grains have been known to supply good nutrients to the hair. Vitamin B is a good for your hair and can be got from brown rice and oats. In your diet you should also have a regular intake of trout, sardines and salmon as they are a great source of fish oils. For beautiful hair and skin fish oil is great as it is packed with omega-3 fatty acids.As lemons are full of vitamin C sprinkling it on the fish is a good way of adding to your diet. Hair nutrients can be got from eating shellfish and oysters. Though the food type is not on a regular basis, people are advised to be taking them once in a while for a better healthy skin and hair. They carry with them nutrients such as iron, proteins, zinc, vitamin B12 and even selenium. Hair growth is got from having vitamin B12 in the diet. In your diet you should have avocado, eggs and yogurt. Foods such as these are a great way for getting strong, healthy and beautiful hair growth.
