The Silliest Weight Loss Products

By Alan Weber

The current market is packed full of loads of weight loss products today. Some of those items really are built to help you lose weight. There are plenty of other products, however, that look thought up for no other purpose than making a bunch of money off of people who are feeling desperate. Some of these products are so far fetched that we thought we would talk about them in this article so that you will know that you shouldn't fall for the promises their marketing make.

Have you happened over the fat reduction ring yet? This is a small piece of silver that coils around your index finger a few times. The ring really should put pressure on the pressure points viewed as linked to weight loss. Science has proved that there are some pressure points on your body that, when pressed honestly do help you to feel better. Seabands, to apply one example, should stimulate specific pressure points to help you control motion sickness. The idea that a little ring has the ability to help you lose weight (actively is the key here, as decoration it probably works okay) is just dumb.

Have you already seen the neck line slimmer? This is a product that is designed to help you firm up the muscles in your neck so that you won't have any lose or hanging skin. It lets you do this through the utilization of vibration. Anybody who knows even basic biology can tell you that when the skin on your race and neck stretches out there is little that you can do to get the skin firmed back up and onto your face. If you're anxious about the skin on your neck, see your doctor.

Do you know what the Belly Burner Weight Loss Belt is? This is a belt which employs heat to help you, virtually, melt off your weight--without having to do anything else. According to the marketing materials, this belt operates by activating your core which then makes your weight fall off...how? We cannot really find that element out. While we can explain that working up a sweat can really help you burn some calories, there isn't any guarantee that they can only be burned off in the same area that you are wearing the belt. A speedy visit with your doctor should help you realize that this product is designed to do one thing: get your money.

The real truth is the fact that there are all sorts of people who only want to get their hands on your money. They understand that you are delicate with regards to your weight and that you are desperate to lose it so they play into that insecurity and desperation. A lot of people want nothing more than to shed weight but don't want to do the work that it takes to get them there. More folks would probably benefit from the process if it were easy. The real truth is that slimming down is not effortless. There seriously isn't any magic pill, accessory or piece of clothing that will do your work for you.
