Of course, there are also the oil or dairy based frosting, coffee creamers, and ice creams. Most of these items in addition to microwave popcorn, individual pudding cups and more contain this fatty substance. These are all things that you should avoid when possible.

For you own benefit, you may want to stay away from products made with it. These items include fries and fried battered goods from restaurants, microwave popcorn, margarine and various other things. You can often avoid buying goods with the substance by not purchasing products with hydrogenated oils.
